This is seen from 90 degrees clockwise of the point of view in the previous image -- same intersection. The bicyclist is entering from a direction where motorists can only turn left. This bicyclist is, then, correctly keeping right. However, there is some possibility of confusion. He is actually going straight -- but after he posses the bollards, he is effectively making a left turn and should yield to traffic in both directions.
